Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job DetailsThe Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
A qualified candidate will possess:
- 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
- Proficient with Procore
- OSHA 30 Hour
- Technically literate individual
- Motivated and team player
