Network Administrator
Pay Rate: $55.00/hour on W2
Columbia, SC – ONSITE
Duration of the Contract: 12+ Months
Why is this position open: New Position. To address increasing workload by supplementing Operations staff within the Network Operations Center to support enterprise network and identity services, including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication enhancements.
Interview Process: One round of virtual interviews with the camera on.
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT resident within the Eastern Time Zone AND be willing to relocate to SC prior to their start at their own expense.
Travel: There will be a potential for travel Field Offices. A Valid Driver''s License is required for this position. A vehicle will be provided for this travel. The client will cover round-trip travel expenses associated with mileage to and from sites with Cayce, SC office being the departure location if a vehicle is not available.
Additional details: All candidates must be able to work on ladders and lift at least 40 pounds of equipment multiple times on a daily basis.
Required
3+ Years of Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration
3+ Years of Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and wireless access points
3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
3+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
3+ Years of Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams
Preferred
Any network or related certification by an industry leader such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft (please indicate whether certificate is active or inactive on resume)
Cisco Network Academy or similar bootcamp/training
