UX Researcher

As an UX Researcher you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Required Skills

·       Strong hands-on UX and UI design experience

·       Mandatory experience in Human Factors Engineering or Healthcare UX

·       Expertise in Figma Good experience with FigJam and Miro

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct UX research, discovery sessions, and usability studies Understand user workflows, operational processes, and business needs

·       Create personas, journey maps, workflows, and low-fidelity concepts

·       Design intuitive, modern, and responsive UI experiences

·       Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems

·       Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions

·       Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams

·       Translate research findings into UX and UI solutions

·       Support usability improvements and product innovation initiatives

·       Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
