Role: Production support DBA

Location : Remote

Required Skill: IBM DB2 DBA

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA managing either SQL Server and Oracle database environments.
6+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA managing Mainframe DB2 or IBM DB2 (LUW, z/OS Server etc.) or DB2 UDB or Informix
3+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA managing MongoDB or Netezza or IIAS or Cassandra DB or PGSQL or CosmosDB
Strong SQL scripting and database troubleshooting skills.
Automate and optimize routine operational tasks using scripting (PowerShell, T-SQL, SQL, shell scripting)
In-depth knowledge of backup/recovery, high availability (clustering, Always On, DataGuard, etc.), and performance tuning for both platforms.
Experience with database monitoring tools - Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Nagios etc. and automation frameworks such as Ansible and Terraform.
