SAP EWM Solution Architect – Decentralized

Position: SAP EWM Architect – Decentralized Implementation
Location: willing to Relocate 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Architect to lead the design and implementation of a full decentralized EWM solution for a US-based customer. The architect will provide strategic guidance, design best practices, and ensure alignment across technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect for the decentralized EWM implementation.
• Develop and define the overall EWM solution architecture, including integration with S/4HANA and other systems.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to the implementation team.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend best practices for warehouse management.
• Ensure scalability, standardization, and template reuse across the decentralized EWM rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, IT, and system integrators, to align solution design with business requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in SAP EWM (Decentralized) implementations.
• Proven experience as an architect in large-scale EWM projects.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound, and storage strategies.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration with EWM.
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in template-based or multi-site EWM rollouts.
• Exposure to warehouse automation, RF devices, or advanced picking strategies.
• Experience in US-based implementations is a plus.
