Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Trading platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with FlexTrade and Aladdin platforms across multiple asset classes including Equities (EQ), Fixed Income (FI), Derivatives, Options, and FX. Candidate should also possess strong stakeholder management and BA team leadership experience.
Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets / Trading domain.

Strong hands-on experience with FlexTrade and/or Aladdin platforms.

Good understanding of:

Equities (EQ)

Fixed Income (FI)

Derivatives

Options
-
FX Trading

Experience working with Front Office trading desks and investment management teams.

Strong BA team management / leadership experience.

Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with trade lifecycle, order management systems (OMS), and execution workflows.
