NTT DATA currently seeks a Hybrid Growth Operator to join our client as a direct hire in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly resourceful and results-driven Growth & Business Development Manager to drive awareness, lead generation, and membership growth across California and Arizona.

This role is a unique blend of growth marketing, business development, and strategic relationship management. You will play a key role in expanding our presence by identifying new opportunities, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and building strong relationships with employers, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys testing and optimizing strategies, and is passionate about using creative, data-driven approaches to drive measurable growth. This role directly contributes to advancing our mission of improving access to healthcare within the communities we serve.


Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and membership growth among target employers
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, digital, events, referrals, and partnerships)
  • Test and iterate on messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall performance
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline activity, and lead quality to continuously refine strategy
  • Leverage CRM and market data to identify trends, trigger events, and new outreach opportunities
  • Create high-quality outreach materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and sales enablement content
  • Support development of thought leadership, educational content, and awareness initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and industry partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, events, and direct outreach
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on products, services, and value proposition
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless prospect and member experience
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Support broker engagement through education, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, business development, sales, or related fields.
  • California Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, marketing automation tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Proficiency with AI productivity and marketing tools preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
  • Existing relationships within agricultural or broker communities desirable.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills desirable.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Travel to attend events, meetings, or training sessions.
  • Or any other projects and assignments as needed.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (130,000 - 170,000/annual + commissions). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
