RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a FS 90 BE 10 FE Java Spring Boot SQL Angular in Durham, NC.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of quality software components that are used by Portfolio Managers and Analysts. In addition to building software, you will have an opportunity to help define and implement development practices, standards, and strategies across multiple teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) computational field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
* Experience with testing, including writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests on both front and backend
* Experience with deploying and supporting application and systems in a production environment
* Full-stack software development knowledge preferably with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL, Angular a plus
* Favor Agile development practices that prioritize the incremental delivery of working software and respond well to change in requirement scope
* Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders including researchers, portfolio managers, and technology partners
* Ability to accept and adapt to scope changes incorporating it seamlessly
* Understanding of Fixed Income and Equity instruments, security analytics, investment workflow, alternatives, and functioning of bond markets is a significant plus
* Experience with AWS cloud environment development and deployment is a plus
* Kubernetes/EKS deployment and operations management exposure is a plus
* Experience with Kafka is a plus
* Progress towards CFA program certification is a significant plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
