Summary

SAP S/4HANA Vistex Functional Consultant (OTC / Rebates)

Role Summary:
Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA Vistex solutions across North America, focusing on Order-to-Cash, Rebates, and Incentives. Act as the functional bridge between business and IT, ensuring smooth implementation, support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation
Configure and support Vistex components: Pricing, Agreements, Transactional & Composite processes
Support OTC integration across Order Processing, FI/Accounting, Reporting, and Master Data
Manage UAT cycles, test script creation, and deployment readiness
Drive issue resolution and cutover activities
Maintain business process maps and end-user documentation
Support SAP S/4HANA, V/4, and Fiori applications

Stakeholder & Backlog Management

Partner with business stakeholders to align Vistex solutions to operational goals
Serve as primary functional escalation point
Manage intake, backlog grooming, and prioritization
Ensure alignment between business owners and functional leads

Qualifications

Strong SAP S/4HANA & Vistex functional experience
Expertise in OTC, Rebates, and Incentives processes
Understanding of cross-functional integration (FI, Reporting, Master Data)
Experience in UAT, deployment, and change management
Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments
