ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to spearhead a large-scale website redesign initiative for client This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and user experience. You will own end-to-end delivery of one of our most impactful digital programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across UX/design, engineering, content, brand, and business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class web and mobile experience for the families and communities we serve.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital project manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, communicates with clarity and confidence, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user-centered products on time and on budget.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project management experience in a digital, web, or technology environment
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale website redesign or digital transformation projects from end to end
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
Strong understanding of web and mobile development lifecycles, CMS platforms, and front-end technologies
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with vendor and agency management
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in consumer-facing industries such as education, healthcare, or retail
Familiarity with UX research and design thinking methodologies
Understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy in a web context
Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing tools
Background in accessibility compliance and inclusive design practices
