Our client is looking Java Backend Lead Developer for Full Time position located in (Hybrid) and below is the detailed requirements.

Position: Java Backend Lead Developer

Location: Austin, TX/Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Domain : Banking / Finance

Job Mode: Full Time

Mandatory Skills: . Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka, Spring Batch, Angular

Job description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of experience.
Must hands-on Java Lead experience.
Hands-on Coding in the current projects.
Must have experience of 7 years on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka, experience in their current projects
Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
