RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outbound Engagement:
* Engage with AI-generated and outbound leads through email, phone, and digital channels
* Develop creative outreach strategies to initiate conversations with prospective clients
* Build initial relationships with key stakeholders across target industries
Opportunity Qualification:
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business challenges, and AI readiness
* Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, timeline, fit, and decision-making process)
* Document and manage lead progression through CRM tools
Pipeline Development & Handoff:
* Successfully transition qualified opportunities to the sales team for closing
* Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on deal strategy
* Maintain strong communication to support conversion and pipeline visibility
Market & Industry Awareness:
* Develop a foundational understanding of AI adoption trends and use cases across industries
* Stay informed on competitive offerings and positioning
* Provide feedback to leadership on market insights and lead quality
REQUIREMENTS:
* Entry-level to mid-level experience in business development, sales development, or outbound prospecting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
* Ability to work independently and manage activity levels effectively
* Strong interest in AI, technology, and emerging solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
* Exposure to outbound sales tools or CRM platforms
* Experience working in a startup or high-growth company
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
