Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - "CNC Machining (Milling, Turning, Grinding)", "Manufacturing Process Development", "GD&T & First Article Reports"
- Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies
- Experience supporting CNC machining or complex assemblies
- Knowledge of SAP, MES, or manufacturing execution systems
- Experience with regulated environments and flight critical hardware
- Work Environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace production environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, inspection, tooling)
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
