Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – AIOps to implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps solutions, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Metric Intelligence (MI), and Machine Learning-based anomaly detection. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating monitoring tools using REST APIs, SNMP traps, and OOTB connectors, designing service health models, dashboards, alert correlation, and automation workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps experience
Event Management, Metric Intelligence, and HLA
Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
REST API and monitoring tool integrations
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience
ITIL knowledge and strong client-facing communication skills

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management.
