Scrum Master for Revenue Cycle Analytics
Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for Revenue Cycle Analytics initiatives, supporting the development, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and data products. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Revenue Cycle Operations, Analytics teams, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Technology leaders to ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, manage dependencies, drive continuous improvement, and provide visibility into delivery progress across multiple analytics and dashboard initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Facilitation
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
· Promote self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure adherence to Agile standards, governance processes, and team agreements.
Delivery Management
· Manage delivery of Revenue Cycle Analytics dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting initiatives.
· Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs aligned with business objectives.
· Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity, and delivery commitments.
· Identify and remove blockers impacting team performance.
· Coordinate dependencies across Data Engineering, BI, Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
Jira & Reporting
· Maintain Jira boards, sprint plans, workflows, and dashboards.
· Develop executive-level reporting of sprint health, roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies.
· Monitor agile metrics including:
o Velocity
o Burndown/Burnup
o Sprint Predictability
o Throughput
o Team Capacity
o Defect Trends
Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders, Analytics Directors, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
· Provide regular status updates to leadership and steering committees.
· Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.
· Ensure business requirements and priorities are accurately represented in the backlog.
Continuous Improvement
· Drive adoption of Agile practices across analytics teams.
· Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
· Support Agile Center of Excellence (COE) standards and best practices.
· Champion continuous learning and servant leadership.
