Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
Assist in building and enhancing internal applications using Retool
Implement new features and enhancements based on an existing backlog
Write and maintain JavaScript logic for UI behavior, data transformations, and workflows
Work with SQL queries and APIs to connect applications to backend data sources
Collaborate with senior engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements
Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of solutions
Qualifications:
1-3 years of software development experience or equivalent coursework/projects
Working knowledge of JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts
Exposure to REST APIs and JSON data structures
Interest in low?code/no?code platforms (Retool experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast?paced environment
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
