Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong experience in AV Integration, Multimedia Integration, Corporate AV, AV Engineering, or Video Collaboration.
Previous experience as an AV Project Engineer, Integration Engineer, Project Manager, or Integration Manager.
Extensive knowledge of audiovisual systems and video conferencing technologies.
Experience with Cisco video conferencing or comparable conferencing platforms.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, replacing, recommissioning, and integrating AV equipment.
Experience with Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, and/or Clockaudio.
Experience with broadcast systems design, AV project delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Understanding of basic networking concepts and how AV/IoT devices connect and communicate.
Strong project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management skills.
Experience reviewing technical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and installation documentation.
Strong understanding of project delivery processes, operational procedures, and change management.
Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
InfoComm CTS-I certification preferred/required.
Project management certification or formal project management qualification preferred.
