Location:Jacksonville, FL
Summary:Seeking a Workstation Technician to support workstation deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair activities. The role involves coordinating hardware and software setup, scheduling installations, providing break/fix support, and delivering excellent customer service to end users.
Required / Mandatory Skills:- Minimum 2 years of relevant workstation/desktop support experience
- Experience with on-site installation and deployment activities
- Experience with technical installation and configuration support
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair support (break/fix)
- Strong customer service skills (minimum 2 years)
- Valid driver's license
