Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Engineers to support vulnerability management transformation initiatives. The candidate will develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow VR solutions while integrating vulnerability scanner data and automating remediation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and develop ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and SecOps modules.
· Implement workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
· Develop and maintain REST API integrations.
· Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or Checkmarx.
· Support CMDB integration and data mapping activities.
· Build dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics.
· Perform unit testing and defect remediation.
· Support releases, deployments, and production implementation activities.
· Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
· 5+ years of ServiceNow VR/SecOps experience.
· Strong knowledge of:
o Vulnerability Response (VR)
o Security Operations (SecOps)
o CMDB
o Flow Designer
o IntegrationHub
o REST APIs
· Experience integrating Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Checkmarx, or similar scanners.
· Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
· ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
· ServiceNow SecOps/VR implementation experience.
