driving execution in product areas such as Home Improvement and Purchase Finance,
expanding our loan offerings with new loan types such as promotional-rate financing, and onboarding new provider partners. Modernizing our underlying loan

Key Responsibilities
Product & Partner Expansion Strategy
Own and build the roadmap for expanding our lending capabilities into new product areas such as Home Improvement and Purchase Finance,
including new loan types like promotional-rate offers.
Define requirements for onboarding new Home Improvement and Purchase Finance
partners, ensuring servicing and origination systems can support
each partner's unique program terms.
Partner Integration & Onboarding
Partner with engineering to integrate new partner systems and loan types into our lending platform, coordinating end-to-end onboarding for new Home Improvement and Purchase Finance partners.
Identify gaps in servicing data flows and system capabilities needed to support new
product types and partner-specific requirements, and modernize the underlying loan servicing platform where needed.
New Loan Type Enablement
Lead the definition and delivery of new loan type capabilities, such as promotional-rate structures, ensuring systems accurately calculate, bill, and report on these terms.
Establish data quality and reporting standards for new products and partners to maintain clean, reliable borrower account records across all channels.
Use Case Expansion & Feature Delivery
Translate business and partner requirements into detailed specifications for new loan
types, partner onboarding, and servicing workflows, i.e. execute the roadmap.
Prioritize and deliver new capabilities to support partner launches, new product types,
regulatory changes, and improved borrower experiences.
Compliance & Risk Alignment
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure new loan types,
promotional terms, and partner programs adhere to regulatory
requirements (e.g., Reg Z, FDCPA, state servicing regulations) and internal risk standards.
Advocate for borrower data protection and secure-by-design principles across new partner integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, design, partner management, operations, and product teams
to deliver seamless onboarding and servicing experiences for new partners and loan types.
Communicate roadmap, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Experience integrating large-scale or legacy systems, or onboarding external partners into servicing platforms, is
strongly preferred.
