We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer to join our digital analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe CJA to deliver comprehensive and actionable insights across the customer journey. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, leveraging Adobe Experience Platform data, and enabling sophisticated analysis to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar tools within Adobe Experience Cloud.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data layer architecture and tagging solutions.
· Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Adobe CJA, including building reports, metrics, and insights.
· Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and data query languages used within Adobe analytics platforms.
· Knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven personalization strategies.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.
