Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud FDI & OAC Reports Lead to join our team in Irvine, CA. In this onsite leadership role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle-based analytics, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. You will serve as the bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex functional requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the strategy, design, development, and deployment of Oracle-based analytics, reporting, and data warehousing solutions.
Requirement Gathering & Design: Work closely with functional teams to gather, interpret, and convert business requirements into detailed technical design documentation.
Report Development & Customization: Build and optimize advanced report layouts, dashboards, and complex data models across multiple Oracle platforms.
Security & Access Control: Implement and manage Oracle Fusion duty roles, privileges, and data security using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure OTBI and BIP reports.
Performance Optimization: Perform technical tuning on BI extracts, OTBI queries, and custom data models to ensure optimal system performance.
Data Validation & Best Practices: Lead comprehensive data validation processes to guarantee dashboard metrics accurately align with source data while upholding rigorous security policies.
Collaboration & Leadership: Communicate complex technological solutions clearly to technical, business, and management stakeholders. Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure best practices in data modeling.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
< data-path-to-node="12">General Experience>
7+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle reporting and analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI (Analytics, Dashboards, Subject Areas), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
Core proficiency in SQL, XML, XSLT, and advanced data modeling techniques.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures across key functional modules: Finance (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and/or Human Capital Management (HCM).

Proficient in designing advanced report layouts using RTF, Excel, and PDF templates.
Strong experience building XML data models, data sets, and complex report logic.
Skilled in configuring and managing bursting definitions for automated, rule-based report distribution.
< data-path-to-node="16">OTBI & FDI Expertise>
Proven expertise developing interactive dashboards and analyses across various Oracle subject areas.
Hands-on experience with Semantic Model Extension (SME), data augmentation, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) within an Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud environment.
Professional & Leadership Attributes
Communication: Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical management teams.
Team Management: Experience managing or leading a small team size of 5–6 team members is highly preferred (a strong plus).
Problem Solving: A analytical mindset focused on data integrity, security compliance, and performance efficiency.
