- Strong collaboration and communication skills in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to independently manage training programs and content development
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, manufacturing, aviation, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
- Professional certification or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
