Summary
Title: SAP Functional Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
SAP Functional Analyst one should bridge business needs and SAP solutions, gathering requirements, designs, builds, and supports data warehousing solutions, translating business needs into technical designs for reporting and analytics, involving data modeling, ETL, configuration, testing, and collaboration with users. Must have experience/in-depth knowledge in SD, MM, TM and FICO on SAP BW/4 HANA and OBIEE ensuring data integrity and performance within the SAP ecosystem. Key duties include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing (FIT/SIT), documentation, and user training for enhanced business intelligence.

Core Responsibilities
- Requirements & Design: Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze current processes, and design solutions for data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
- Development & Configuration: Develop data flows, HANA models (Calculations Views, etc..), and reports using OBIEE. SQL experience is a must
- Data Integration (ETL): Manage data extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Visualization: Create dashboards and reports using tools like OBIEE with strong SQL skills.
- Testing & Support: Conduct testing (FIT, SIT, UAT), work with developer to resolve issues, and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
- Documentation: Create technical and/or functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Collaboration: Work with business users, technical teams, and project managers.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical: Strong SAP BW/4HANA, data modeling, SQL, OBIEE, and HANA database knowledge.
- Functional: Understanding business processes within SD, MM, TM, and FICO modules, data warehousing, and analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
