Summary

Hiring: Senior Program Manager

Location: Washington, D.C.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale federal programs in a high-security environment. This role requires strong leadership in managing mission-critical government initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

Active TS Clearance (SCI Eligible – Mandatory)
10+ years of program/project management experience
Strong experience with federal or DoD programs
Expertise in budget management and forecasting
Experience in risk management and compliance
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Knowledge of NIST, RMF, and federal compliance frameworks

Nice to Have

PMP or PgMP certification
Experience in network/security programs
Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with federal security regulations
Drive execution across multiple teams

Important Notes

Only candidates with Active TS Clearance will be considered (No Exceptions)
Must be comfortable working in Washington, D.C. (Hybrid/Onsite)
Federal/government project experience is highly preferred
Strong communication and client-facing skills are required
