Actimize Dev / Actimize Data & Integration Eng

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking an experienced Actimize Engineer or Actimize Data & Integration Engineer to support and extend a cloud-based Actimize environment within a banking organization. This role focuses on the data and integration layer feeding Actimize, not on heavy module customization. The Engineer will own and maintain production data interfaces, troubleshoot data quality issues, and help build new feeds that support AML and compliance monitoring.

Summary:
The position works closely with compliance, data, and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely data delivery into Actimize modules. The environment is lean and hands-on, requiring engineers who are comfortable working end-to-end across data extraction, transformation, and delivery. While the Actimize platform is managed in the cloud with limited customization, a solid understanding of how Actimize consumes and processes data is critical to success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, understands financial crime systems, and prefers practical engineering over purely theoretical or configuration-only work. Strong fundamentals and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data flows are valued more than niche tooling expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on Actimize experience is required, including exposure to modules such as AML, CDD, SAM, CTR, Fraud, or Sanctions
* Understanding of how data feeds into Actimize and impacts alerts, cases, and monitoring outcomes
* Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, multi-table joins, and data analysis
* Experience working with large datasets and troubleshooting data quality or mapping issues
* Background building or supporting data integrations or ETL/ELT-style pipelines
* Development experience with .NET/C# preferred; Java or similar object-oriented languages acceptable
* Ability to extract data from source systems, transform it, and deliver it in structured formats (files, feeds, pipelines)
* Experience in banking or financial services environments strongly preferred
* Comfort working in cloud-based, managed Actimize environments with limited customization
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a lean team, take ownership, and learn unfamiliar systems quickly
* Must live in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, KS, MI, MO and NM

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
