The organization seeks an nCino Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable configurations across the loan lifecycle. The role will partner with stakeholders in lending, operations, risk, and IT to design workflows, drive testing, and support delivery on a Salesforce-based platform. The position emphasizes configuration, end-to-end testing, and documentation to meet functional and regulatory needs. Familiarity with Agile practices and banking or lending domains will support success.

Rate: $70.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with lending, operations, risk, and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and process walkthroughs to understand current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Configure nCino workflows across the end-to-end loan lifecycle including origination, underwriting, approval, closing, and servicing.
  • Support configuration of loan products, decisioning rules, stages, tasks, checklists, and role-based permissions.
  • Partner with Salesforce and nCino administrators to align configurations with platform best practices.
  • Document configuration decisions and process flows for transparency and maintainability.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate and lead end-to-end testing across multiple teams and environments.
  • Validate configured workflows against business requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Track, triage, and support resolution of defects through to closure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support change management including documentation, training materials, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with nCino in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, workflow configuration, and testing.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce-based applications with understanding of declarative configuration.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a regulated environment.
  • Banking, commercial lending, or financial services domain experience (preferred).
  • Experience with loan origination systems or credit platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery models (preferred).
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementations (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar Agile tooling (preferred).
  • Process mapping using Visio or Lucidchart or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience with test planning and defect tracking tools (preferred).
