Job Title: Contractor - Systems Administrator
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite/Hybrid)
Position Type: Contractor - Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our User Productivity Solutions Team. This individual will focus on supporting user productivity systems and applications, including endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, and virtual desktop environments. The role involves providing technical break/fix support, fulfilling service requests, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user computing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting & Support:
o Diagnose, track, and resolve technical issues in the end-user computing environment.
o Provide break/fix support for hardware and software problems.
Service Request Fulfillment:
o Handle installations, application deployment, workstation OS management, user productivity application management.
Second-Level Technical Support:
o Support all user devices including desktops (physical & virtual), laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals.
Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management:
o Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
o Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.
Virtual Desktop Environment:
o Provide support for virtual desktop platforms (Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop preferred).
Asset Management:
o Assist with IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory and compliance tracking.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
o 3+ years of endpoint management experience.
o Intune administration experience is mandatory.
o 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
o 2+ years of virtual desktop computing experience (Citrix or AVD preferred).
Preferred Skills:
o Apple mobile device management (JAMF MDM) experience.
o macOS management experience.
Technical Competencies:
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
o Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
