Job Title: DevOps AWS Engineer
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Open-ended)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps AWS Engineer to design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure for scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud automation, with experience supporting production environments.

Required Skills:

5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience in production environments.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, monitoring (Datadog or similar), and security best practices.
Experience troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure and production issues.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization and high-availability architectures.
