Operations & Delivery Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Lead to oversee the development, quality assurance, and field deployment of embedded monitoring solutions used in critical infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, embedded hardware, product delivery, and field support who enjoys working across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Oversee PCB and embedded sensor assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.

• Develop and maintain assembly documentation, work instructions, and quality checklists.

• Manage vendor relationships, supplier quality, pricing negotiations, and inventory processes.

• Coordinate field installations, technical troubleshooting, and deployment support.

• Supervise daily operations, including team management, time approvals, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing, or Field Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, IoT devices, wireless data collection, or sensor hardware.

• Experience with PCB assembly, board-level troubleshooting, testing, and rework.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and Design for Assembly (DFA).

• Experience managing vendors and supply chain operations.

• Willingness to travel for field installations and customer support.
