Position Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tines Engineer with a strong focus on Tines deployments. This role is responsible for for designing, building, and optimizing complex, intelligent workflow automation solutions that integrate across an entire enterprise tech stack. In this role, you act as a technical authority, translating high-level business and security needs into sophisticated, scalable "Stories" (Tines workflows).
Key Responsibilities:
oConfiguration & Management: Demonstrated experience in configuration and management of Tines environment. This includes creating user roles, defining time periods, creating standards for data entry and workflow. Understand and have experience creating integrations, and leveraging APIs to configure third-party connections to applications.
oWorkflow Architecture & Design: Design and deploy advanced Tines automation Stories that solve complex security and IT operations challenges.
oConfiguration of Conditional Actions: Demonstrated experience in how to create, configure and manage conditional actions based on alerts, and configuring downstream actions.
oPlatform Mastery: Act as the go-to authority on the Tines platform, maintaining deep expertise in all features including Pages, Apps, and API integrations to ensure "Soundness" and "Speed" in every build.
oStrategic Advisory: Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on automation strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and establishing best practices for workflow governance.
oAdvanced Integrations: Build and manage seamless connections between Tines and any API-enabled service, ensuring robust data flow and system interoperability.
oMentorship & Documentation: Create technical documentation, training manuals, and "gold standard" workflow templates to enable other engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
oTesting & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end SDLC of automation projects, from initial scoping and prototyping to final user-acceptance testing and performance tuning.
Preferred Skills and Expertise:
oProven experience as a Tines Engineer.
oCan create and manage complext workflows.
o8+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or advanced technology delivery at a SaaS company.
oMastery of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks; proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, Security Logs etc.).
oExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
oAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
