Summary

Position: Sr. Scrum Master with retail domain

Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office - Columbus, OH (New Albany suburb)- locals or nearby only

Type: Contract (6-12 months, possibly longer)

Visa: USC/EADs

Exp Level: 12+ years genuine experience

Must Have recent Retail domain experience

Job Description:
Sr. level Scrum Master with proven track record leading agile teams to achieve sprint goals and delivery commitments.
 Strong core skills: facilitation, communication, forecasting, dependency management, and organization.
 Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate communication among highly experienced business and IT associates

Must have skills:
 Ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change.
 Prior e-commerce experience/exposure.
 Prior use of tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365 (including Teams & SharePoint)
 Retail/Store experience
