Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and drive organizational change initiatives across a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting technology transformation, promoting the adoption of innovative solutions, and helping teams adapt to evolving business processes and emerging technologies, including AI-driven practices.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, change leadership, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation and adoption.
- Experience supporting technology transformation, digital transformation, or enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience assessing change impacts, organizational readiness, adoption risks, and resistance to change.
- Ability to develop change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills, including the ability to report to senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare technology environment.
- Exposure to AI adoption, AI-enabled business processes, or AI-driven organizational transformation.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology modernization or operating model transformation.
- Experience working with CIOs, technology executives, and senior business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with established change management frameworks and methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Relevant change management certifications are an advantage.
