Job Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing
implementing
and maintaining configurations in Global HR and Benefits applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Advance Benefits (OAB) Structure rules in managing employee records to implement Oracle HCM applications. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements

including but not limited to Global HR and Benefits. Design Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service and configure. Design benefits plans
eligibility rules
enrollment options
and contribution structures within Oracle HCM Cloud. Configure Oracle Benefits Cloud module to align with client requirements
ensuring accuracy and compliance. Customize the system to accommodate specific benefits policies
regulatory requirements
and reporting needs. Customize the system to accommodate specific HR policies
regulatory compliance
and reporting needs across different regions and countries. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with third-party benefits providers or systems. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
