Position 2: Cloud Automation / Platform Automation Engineer
  • Strong developer / engineering mindset is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in cloud automation, platform automation, or infrastructure automation.
  • Candidates from Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering backgrounds can be considered.
  • Strong scripting or programming experience, such as:
  • Python
  • Shell/Bash
  • APIs
  • Infrastructure/platform automation
  • Experience building automation rather than simply executing existing automation.
  • Ability to design and develop automation for cloud or platform environments.
  • Experience with automation around:
  • Applications
  • Infrastructure
  • Clusters
  • Deployment workflows
  • Platform operations
  • Orchestration
  • AI-enabled automation experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong cloud experience is valuable even if OpenShift exposure is limited.
  • OpenShift experience is preferred but can be trained for an otherwise strong automation engineer.
  • Should understand how applications or automation workflows interact with platforms such as OCP/OpenShift.
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
  • Preference for engineers who understand how systems work internally rather than candidates focused only on tool execution.
  • Should be able to solve problems independently and improve existing processes through automation.
  • Strong candidates should be technically deep in at least one core area rather than having superficial experience across many tools.
  • Hybrid working model expected.
  • Visa transfer candidates can be considered for strong technical profiles.
