QA Project Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced QA Project Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing QA teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and execution frameworks (Manual & Automation).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Oversee all testing phases including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps and ensure timely resolution.
• Track QA metrics, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Expertise in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
