Location: Headquarters is in Chicago, but the position Is 100% remote… only needed on site for go live support as needed  ( this is normal for this kind of role)

Minimum years of experience: 5 Years’ experience

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MAWM:- Also known as Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM)

• Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) is a cloud-native, microservices-based warehouse management system (WMS) designed by Manhattan Associates to handle complex distribution operations.

• It integrates inventory control, labor management, and automation, providing real-time visibility and automatic, continuous updates ("versionless" architecture). MAWM is aimed at large-scale, high-performance retail and logistics environments.
• Prefer candidates who have worked at the company Manhattan active before most of these candidate sit in the Atlanta area .

Following are the critical responsibilities for this position :-

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to:

1. Resolve software issues working with the software vendor (Manhattan Associates)

2. Troubleshoot technical and functional problems, perform system and regression testing on any break/fix or new features released by the software vendors .
