Position : Project Manager with Scrum Master

Location : Plano, TX

Project Manager (PM) and an Agile Scrum Master (SM). The PM/SM will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while also facilitating Agile practices within Scrum teams to ensure Agile values and principles are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.

Manage budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Provide status reports and stakeholder communications.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business goals.

As a Scrum Master:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Remove team impediments and foster a high-performing Agile environment.

Coach team members on Agile best practices and mindset.

Track team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.

Act as a servant-leader to Scrum teams and a bridge to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Trello).

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
