Position: AI Dev Engineer Agentic AI, onshore

Location: Newark, CA (5 days in office)

Duration: Long-term

 

Client interview: In-person interview

 

  • Production LLM application experience: agent frameworks, tool-calling orchestration, and model routing; not prompt engineering alone
  • Retrieval-augmented generation at production-quality chunking, hybrid retrieval, grounding, and citation
  • Guardrail design: content policy, prompt injection and jailbreak resistance, PII handling, refusal behaviour
  • Strong Python cloud-native services on AWS; able to own architecture and engage directly with business and legal stakeholders
