Army Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work in the Pentagon with our current team in support of the Department of Army G3 (DAG3) development of the latest Force Generation, Modernization and Readiness policy, process, and automation.
What you will do- Bachelor's Degree and 10 to 12 years of experience; Master's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience; PhD and 5 to 7 years of experience (in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 6 additional years of relevant experience)
- Clearance: Must be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Strong Army or other military branch functional knowledge
- Strong understanding of Army (or other military branch) process (specifically Readiness, Force Structure, Equipment, and/or Personnel) and/or systems
- Operations, planning, training/resources experience
- Ability to translate functional needs to other team members
- Strong communication skills
