Summary

Position: SAP Crystal Reports Developer – Technical Lead

Location: Remote


Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP Crystal Reports

Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions

Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects

Manage the end-to-end report development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment

Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices

Perform report performance tuning, data validation, and issue resolution

Ensure proper technical documentation, including report logic and development standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and delivery efficiency

Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports

 
Required Skills & Experience

6–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Crystal Reports development

Strong proficiency in SQL, including:

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer

Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

 
Nice to Have

Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts

Exposure to other reporting or BI platforms

Knowledge of SAP modules or integrations (not required)
