Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Partner (BP) Supplier Data Conversion Designer to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program currently in the Mock Load phase. In this role, you will lead supplier master data conversion efforts, partnering with business and technical teams to navigate a complex legacy data landscape, resolve data issues, and ensure successful execution of mock loads and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
o Own and maintain supplier data conversion designs, mappings, and transformation rules.
o Analyze complex legacy supplier data to identify data quality, mapping, and conversion issues.
o Drive resolution of conversion defects, risks, and data-related issues in collaboration with business and technical teams.
o Partner with Procurement, Master Data, Master Data Owners (MDOs), Supplier Owners, and SAP functional teams to define and validate conversion requirements.
o Support mock load execution, data validation, defect triage, and conversion readiness activities.
o Lead cross-functional discussions, facilitate decision-making, and escalate issues when necessary to keep conversion activities on schedule.

- SAP S/4HANA Business Partner and supplier/vendor master data conversions
- SAP Data Migration
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- A Driver. Someone who can drive resolution
- Experience supporting complex ERP transformation or enterprise data migration programs.
- Ability to quickly understand legacy data structures, identify issues, and drive resolution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
