Software Engineer 3 (Salesforce Developer)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 with strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce applications in an Agile (Scrum) environment. The candidate will participate in full SDLC processes and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and configure no-code/low-code solutions (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Support classic-to-lightning upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure deliverables meet Definition of Done
• Conduct peer reviews, documentation, testing, and change management
• Provide on-call support as required
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, version control, and security best practices

Minimum Required Skills (8+ Years):

• Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Aura, LWC
• Salesforce architecture & Force.com platform solutions
• Full SDLC experience including version control & change management
• End-to-end Salesforce implementations (integrations, migrations, custom development)
• OAuth authentication & third-party integrations
• Web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
• API integrations (cloud & on-prem systems)

Preferred Skills:

• DevOps & CI/CD tools (Flosum, Git) – 4+ years
• Salesforce Reports & Dashboards – 2+ years
• Agile/Scrum methodology – 2+ years
