Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior o9 Solutions Functional Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning, integrated business planning (IBP), demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end o9 platform implementations.

This is a highly strategic, client-facing role responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable o9 solutions. The ideal consultant will bring a strong combination of supply chain domain expertise, enterprise planning experience, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on o9 configuration experience.

Candidates who are primarily technical developers without significant supply chain planning expertise will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead o9 Solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across planning organizations.
Translate business processes into functional designs and system configurations.
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Design and optimize Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, Inventory Planning, and scenario modeling processes.
Support Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Digital Brain solution design.
Drive data validation, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, master data, and system architecture.
Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
Support change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on o9 Solutions implementation experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle o9 implementations.
