Job Details

Data Center Construction - Project Estimator

We are seeking a Project Estimator to support large scale Data Center Construction projects. This role will work closely with project leadership to manage change orders, cost estimates, reporting, and project documentation while supporting overall project execution and client communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and communicate client requirements related to project change orders
  • Support development and management of change order processes and documentation
  • Prepare cost estimates for project changes and scope adjustments
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation standards
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collect, compile, and analyze project and change related data
  • Participate in project meetings and provide reporting updates
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project leadership
  • Assist with tracking project performance and operational metrics
  • Support communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Help ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within project timelines

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of AIA billing processes and documentation
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mission Critical or Data Center project experience
  • PMP or related project management certifications
  • Experience with reporting or data visualization platforms such as Power BI or similar tools
