Workday Studio Developer

Job Title: Workday Studio Developer 
Location: Pleasanton , CA /Coppell , TX 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio
Develop and maintain integrations using:
·         Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
·         EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
·         Workday Web Services (WWS)
·         Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
·         Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party vendors
·         Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and integration system security
·         Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
·         Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production
·         Manage integration migration across tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production)
·         Work closely with functional consultants, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams
·         Ensure compliance with Workday security and data governance standards
·         Provide production support and enhancement activities
 
Skills & Qualification:
·         6+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development
·         Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio
·         Strong knowledge of:
·         XML, XSLT, XPath
·         Web Services (SOAP/REST)
·         JSON
·         SFTP, PGP encryption
·         Experience in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or financial integrations
·         Experience with Workday security and business process frameworks
·         Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
·         Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
