AI Developer / Framework Specialist

We are seeking an AI Developer / Framework Specialist to design and implement AI-driven development frameworks that improve software delivery, automation, and developer productivity. In this role, you will leverage AI-powered coding tools, modern development frameworks, and cloud technologies to build intelligent applications, automate SDLC processes, and integrate AI capabilities into development, testing, and DevOps workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build AI-augmented development workflows using GitHub Copilot, GenAI APIs, and automation tools.
• Develop AI-enabled application features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP solutions, and predictive models.
• Automate SDLC activities including code generation, refactoring, test case generation, bug detection, and CI/CD processes.
• Implement AI-powered testing solutions, including self-healing test automation, intelligent test coverage, and defect prediction.
• Prepare and process datasets, integrate AI APIs, and deploy AI/ML models for inference.
• Integrate AI capabilities into DevOps pipelines to enable AIOps, monitoring, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerting.
• Validate AI-generated code, enforce secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and data teams to implement scalable AI solutions and continuously improve development frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience with exposure to AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities using APIs such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, model inference, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of secure coding standards and software quality best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience with AI-enabled testing frameworks and test automation.
• Exposure to AIOps, monitoring, and intelligent observability solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
