Job Overview:
Pay Range: $52.34hr - $57.34hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience documenting or revising existing and new business processes to meet new or revised CADD software requirements.
- Experience supporting the development, testing, and implementation of CADD software.
- Experience working with CADD software including Bentley OpenRoads Designer, Bentley OpenBridge, Bentley InRoads, Microstation SS2, and CAiCE.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic is preferred.
- Python experience is strongly preferred.
- Public sector or transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Transportation engineering background is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot issues submitted via the ticketing system.
- Perform software installation as needed for users.
- Assist with external user workspace installation.
- Assist in maintaining engineering software standards and documentation.
- Determine optimal methods for using Bentley software and workspaces to achieve design or plan preparation goals.
- Develop documentation for best practices, including workflows and instructional guides.
- Develop and conduct CADD software and workspace user training sessions.
- Investigate new and emerging CADD technology and provide recommendations to management for implementation.
- Document and revise business processes to meet updated CADD software requirements.
- Develop CADD software best practices.
