Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) activities. The role focuses on developing autonomous agents that can analyze TLM reports, security vulnerabilities, application issues, and code quality findings; generate fixes; create pull requests; and support software delivery workflows through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems and developer tools.
- Develop agents that can:
o Analyze TLM and vulnerability reports
o Investigate application defects
o Perform root cause analysis
o Generate code fixes
o Create Pull Requests (PRs)
o Support release and deployment activities
- Implement agent evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for AI agents and MCP services.
- Ensure security, auditability, and reliability of AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience with Pydantic, FastAPI, REST APIs, and Git.
- Hands-on experience with:
o LangGraph
o LangChain
o CrewAI
o AutoGen or similar agent frameworks
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture and integrations.
- Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

- LLM and Agent Evaluation Frameworks.
- Regression Testing for AI workflows.
- Deterministic and Non-Deterministic testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with TLM processes and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience building autonomous code remediation or developer productivity agents.
- Knowledge of SonarQube, ServiceNow, and enterprise development workflows.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or other enterprise LLM platforms.
