Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud identity governance, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, API integrations, and enterprise security architecture. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) architecture for enterprise IAM programs.
• Develop scalable Identity Governance strategies aligned with business and security objectives.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead cloud identity modernization and migration initiatives from legacy IGA platforms.

SailPoint ISC Implementation

• Configure and implement:
• Identity Profiles
• Identity Attributes
• Lifecycle States
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Processes
• Access Profiles
• Business & IT Roles
• Certifications
• Access Requests
• Policies
• Governance Groups
• Password Management
• Configure automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Implement birthright, requestable, and dynamic access models.
• Design governance controls and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Application Onboarding

• Lead onboarding of enterprise applications into SailPoint ISC.
• Configure out-of-the-box connectors and develop custom integrations.
• Integrate cloud and on-premises applications using:
• REST APIs
• SCIM
• JDBC
• LDAP
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SAP
• ServiceNow
• Workday
• Oracle
• Salesforce

• Troubleshoot connector, aggregation, and synchronization issues.

Identity Lifecycle Management

• Design and automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure lifecycle events and identity refresh processes.
• Support identity reconciliation and correlation.
• Implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning.

Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain:
• Transforms
• Workflows
• Rules
• Identity Attributes
• API Integrations
• Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for automation.
• Develop custom connectors as required.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR, ticketing, and enterprise applications.

Governance & Compliance

• Design and manage:
• Access Certification Campaigns
• Role Mining
• Role Modeling
• Policy Violations
• Access Reviews
• Compliance Reporting
• Support compliance initiatives including:
• SOX
• HIPAA
• PCI-DSS
• ISO 27001
• NIST
• Implement Least Privilege and Zero Trust security principles.

Leadership

• Lead SailPoint ISC implementation projects.
• Mentor engineers and technical teams.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, security architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Support presales engagements, solution workshops, and client presentations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
• Experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations.
• Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of:
